Safeguard your items

 

Guests are encouraged to safeguard their phones, monies and other personal properties. Guests are advised to lodge their personal properties with our management as we are not liable for any personal property loss

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

Refund will be made to guests who cancel 72 hours prior to their arrival. There will be zero refund for no show guests or guests who chose wrong bunk space.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
